New Orleans reminded us that food and coffee can do more than satisfy hunger. A café can slow the day down. A table can turn strangers into conversation.
Hospitality can make a place feel familiar. Daily Bread was created to bring that feeling home—to make space for good food, good coffee, and moments worth sharing.
We took the rhythm, generosity, flavor and unhurried hospitality that moved us in New Orleans and translated it through a Pacific Northwest lens. Daily Bread is not a replica of New Orleans-it is our Seattle expression of what we experienced there.
From the warmth of its people to the ritual of gathering around good food and coffee, New Orleans taught us that hospitality is something you feel.
We brought that spirit to the Pacific Northwest, creating a place where fresh bread, thoughtful coffee, and genuine hospitality come together.

Our launch coffee is roasted by Mojo Coffee Roasters, a New Orleans roaster whose approach to coffee became part of our journey. We pair that coffee with the warmth, care and hospitality that define Daily Bread.
